This design is for a beautiful old Maine farmhouse in Newburgh. It incorporates existing grade changes into a new brick patio. The plantings surrounding the patio are designed to nestle it into the landscape, tie into the other existing gardens on site and not be too high maintenance. The home owner has a wonderful taste for color and texture, and chose a lovely design for her pergola.

This design is for a ranch-style home in Winterport, Maine. The home owners wanted a design that would break up the horizontality of the house, attract birds and provide lovely views out of their many windows, while giving them a bit more privacy. This design also provides for color in all four seasons.

This simpler design is for a colonial style home in Veazie. A recurring theme of colorado blue spruce ties the design together, while ornamental grasses and shrubs provide for multi-season interest. The linear bed to the right is an existing perennial bed that we redesigned to provide more updated color and texture.

This design was for a brand new home in Ellsworth. We needed to address the entire landscape with a plant pallete that matched the woodsy location of the home.
